With the establishment of its own property management company, Cosona begins to provide its first customers with comprehensive support - personal, approachable and efficient.

More quality through in-house work.
The in-house construction department is created. From now on, refurbishments, renovations and modernisations are planned and implemented in-house - for even more control, quality and flexibility.

Legal expertise in the management. Janine Sylla is granted power of attorney and is responsible for the legal affairs of the group of companies - a sign of clear structures and a real sense of trust.
